These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in Pollfinity Research LLC surveys, your use of SMS communications from Pollfinity Research, and your access to our website at pollfinity.com. By participating in a survey or responding to an SMS message from Pollfinity Research, you agree to these Terms.
Pollfinity Research LLC ("Pollfinity Research," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent, non-partisan public opinion research organization based in California. We conduct surveys on political, social, and policy topics and publish aggregated findings publicly.
Participation in any Pollfinity Research survey is entirely voluntary. You may stop participating at any time by closing the survey or, in the case of SMS surveys, by replying STOP to opt out of future contact.
Survey responses are collected solely for non-commercial public opinion research purposes. Your individual responses are kept confidential and are never published in identifiable form. Only aggregate, anonymized statistical findings are made public.
By participating in a survey, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and a registered voter (where applicable to the survey).
Pollfinity Research distributes survey invitations via SMS text message to registered voters using commercially available voter data files. Our SMS program is operated for non-commercial research purposes only and is not used for marketing, advertising, fundraising, or political solicitation.
Our SMS outreach is conducted in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws. Phone numbers obtained from voter files are used solely for survey invitations and are not retained after the survey field period closes unless you have expressly opted into our research panel.

Access to pollfinity.com is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or reproduce our content in bulk without written permission, or to attempt to interfere with the operation of the website.
All poll findings, graphics, and written content published on pollfinity.com are the property of Pollfinity Research LLC. You may share individual findings with attribution to "Pollfinity Research" and a link to pollfinity.com. Bulk reproduction or commercial use of our content requires written permission.
Survey findings represent statistical estimates based on sampled respondents and are subject to sampling error and other limitations. Pollfinity Research makes no representation that any survey result will predict any future event, election outcome, or policy decision. All findings are provided for informational purposes only.
